Questions About the Sock Subscription
How often will I receive new socks?
It's up to you. Just add the desired number of socks to your cart and choose how often you'd like to receive them in your mailbox—for example, every 3, 4, 6, or 12 months.
What should I do when I have enough socks?
You can pause your sock subscription at any time until you need a new supply of your favorite socks, or, of course, cancel it.
Pay-as-you-go
We use the pay-as-you-go model. With this model, you pay for each sock delivery separately. For each delivery, the amount is automatically charged to your credit card or other payment method. You can cancel after any delivery—giving you maximum flexibility.
Will I always get socks in the same color?
The choice is yours. You can customize the color of your socks for each delivery as you wish.

Like our subscriptions for socks and underwear, this one is based on regular deliveries. So far, so good. Because we focus on tried-and-true products and consistency, our T-shirts remain in our lineup permanently. Once they’re in the lineup, we only add new colors—we never remove any styles.
