Don't worry if you've changed your mind or don't like the products you ordered. Here are some tips for returns and exchanges: 

1) Products can easily be returned within 30 days of delivery. 

2) Please contact our customer service if you want to make a return for any reason, customer.service@blacksocks.com. Or just fill out our Returnform below. 

 

Excluded from the right of return are hygiene items in their original packaging (for example: socks, underwear, etc.) and personalized products. Returns are not possible for unpacked socks and underwear or for personalized products. Thank you for your understanding. 

 

After receiving the completed return form, we will process your case as quickly as possible: 

(If your product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery, we ask that you upload a picture to expedite the returns process.)
