§1 Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between customers and the Jacob Rohner AGthat are processed via the online shop.
§2 prices
The prices displayed in the online shop are binding. You will receive the statutory VAT.
For deliveries to Switzerland, this is 8.1% of the value of the goods, for deliveries to the EU the different VAT approaches per countries are used.
No VAT is calculated for deliveries outside the EU and Switzerland, the goods are sent in customs declared.
Depending on the recipient country, the corresponding tariffs and goods import tax approaches apply. Comparing these tariffs and taxes is the responsibility of the buyer.
§3 vouchers

§4 Shipping costs
Free shipping in Switzerland and the EU.
The shipping costs for orders outside of Switzerland and the EU are automatically calculated and displayed in the checkout.
§5 Treaty and purchase conclusion

The subscriptions are automatically extended to revocation. At any time there is the possibility of the subscriptions at the Jacob Rohner AG in writing, by email or login on the online platform.
