Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods. If multiple items from a single order are delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You may do this in the following ways:
- via our electronic cancellation button on this website,
- by email to eshop@rohner-socks.com, or
- by mail to the address listed below.
After submitting your cancellation via the cancellation button, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your statement.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including standard shipping costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive standard shipping option we offer), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to process the refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have shipped the goods—whichever comes first.
You must return the goods to us immediately and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the deadline expires.
You are responsible for the direct costs of the return shipment, provided that the goods delivered correspond to the goods ordered. In the case of incorrect deliveries or valid complaints, we will cover the return shipping costs.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that goes beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that are custom-made according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g., personalized products).
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been broken after delivery.
