We want to provide you with a hassle-free returns experience. From now on, returns will only be made via your customer account.

This is how the return works:

1. Create or log in to a customer account
   Please log in to your customer account using the following link: Customer account

2. Select order
   After logging in, you will see an overview of your orders. Select the order you would like to return.

3. Request a return
   Click “Request a Return” and select the items you would like to return. After you register, you will receive all further information and, if necessary, a return label by email.

Return deadline

Products can be delivered within 30 days after receipt be returned.

Important notes

• A return is only for unworn, undamaged and original packed items possible.

• Unpacked socks, underwear and personalized products are excluded from exchange and return.
