What will shipping cost me?

All costs are included in our prices. For international shipments, we also cover VAT and customs clearance.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery time

We ship all items in stock immediately after receiving your order. You will therefore receive the goods within 1 to 3 working days.

If certain items are not immediately available due to high demand, you will be informed of the expected delivery time by e-mail, or the amount already paid will be refunded immediately.

How do I track my order?

As soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number and a link that you can use to track your parcel.


What do I do if I don't like the goods?

Don't worry if you have changed your mind or don't like the products you ordered. Here are some tips for returns and exchanges: 

1) Products can easily be returned within 30 days of delivery. 

2) Please contact our customer service if you wish to make a return for any reason. Or simply fill out our return form form.

How does a (sock) subscription work?

How it works:

Step 1: Select a product that you would like to receive as part of the subscription.

Step 2: Under the "Subscription" option, select the delivery interval at which you would like to receive your products. You can choose freely: every 3, 4, 6 or 12 months.

Step 3: Select the number of socks you would like to receive with each delivery (e.g. 3 pairs of socks) and click "Add to cart".

Step 4: In the shopping cart, you will see the amount that will be automatically deducted from your credit card or PayPal account at your desired delivery interval. Verify the details and complete the purchase.

In your customer account, you can make product and quantity changes according to your needs and even freely adjust the next delivery dates. Of course, you can also pause or cancel the subscription at any time.
