We have tried to answer some frequently asked questions below. If you are looking for a specialist from our team then contact them directly.
How much does shipping cost?
All costs are included. We also cover VAT and customs arrangements for international shipments.
We deliver worldwide, except to Pakistan. Why? The parcels have never arrived in Pakistan, despite multiple shipments.
When will I receive the order?
All orders which reach us by 4 p.m. on weekdays will be sent out via Priority shipping on the same day. We will send you shipping confirmation once the order has been shipped.
We can send up to three pairs of socks and two-packs of underwear via letter post. We are therefore unable to offer track & trace services. Instead, you will find your order in your letterbox even if you are not at home.
Underwear, shirts or orders containing more than three pairs of socks will be sent as a Priority parcel.
Our partners have given us the following delivery times:
- Swiss letter post: next day, Saturday delivery
- Swiss parcel post: next day, no Saturday delivery
- German letter/parcel post: 3 days
- Europe letter/parcel post: 4-5 days
- Overseas letter/parcel post: 4 to 15 days according to country
What do I do if I don’t like my order?
You can simply return any unworn items. We will exchange them or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer.
The customer covers the costs of return shipping unless we have made an error.
How does a sockscription (or other subscription) work?
It’s very simple - just like a magazine subscription. You buy an annual subscription and we deliver it. Depending on the frequency selected, you will receive three pairs of socks delivered to your door three, four or six times a year. The sockscription is paid yearly. After one year, the subscription will be renewed. You will of course be informed of this renewal and retain full control of your subscription via your account.
How does a gift sockscription (or other subscription) work?
Just like a sockscription, except:
- it is not renewed
- You can have the first delivery sent straight to the recipient of the gift or to your home
- You can add a personal greeting to the recipient which will appear on every delivery note

How can I pay?
It depends on your country:
Switzerland: Invoice, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, voucher or Miles & More miles
Germany: Direct debit, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, voucher or Miles & More miles, soon it will also be possible to make payments by invoice
Austria: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, voucher or Miles & More miles Part payment available for vouchers and Miles & More miles.
How does Miles & More work?
The Miles & More frequent flyer programme allows you to earn miles and then spend them, for example with us.
Earn miles: anyone who buys a subscription from us will earn miles. The number of miles earnt depends on the product. The number of miles available is indicated on the product page. To earn miles you need to enter your Miles & More number on the shopping cart page during the purchase process.
Spend miles: prices are also given in miles for all of our products. Place the chosen products in your shopping cart and go to the payment page. Choose miles as your method of payment. You can choose to make a part payment (at least 7,500 miles). All that you need is your Miles & More number and your PIN.
