Received second delivery of socks; I do not wish to continue the subscription. I thought my first order specified that I wanted one delivery as a trial; also I do not go through 3 pairs of socks every 3 months.

I ordered trial pairs for CHF 13 a piece and was charged CHF 14.50 - what's up with that?
LOVE your socks, HATE the check out process. The UX in check out is terrible. When you change country you get booted out of check out and have to start over (thankfully it does remember what you changed it to). Also, would be pretty easy to auto-populate several fields based on postal code. You're not alone here, but I'm at a loss why so many companies don't implement such a simple integration.
High quality product, extremely well packaged/presented with a company focus in being better than most. I haven't purchased a single product which wasn't "first class". Hope you don't change! By the way, best funky socks and t-shirts on the planet!
Hello, thank you for your follow up. Unfortunately, I have not yet received my order. Post office says it has not arrived. The fact that there is no tracking number makes it difficult to understand where it is and when I can collect it. I am sure Swiss regular post works properly, but Russian post not always. Hope it is not lost and I can still receive my order. Waiting few more days.
