What do I do if my More button is not working?
Test your More button by placing it in the same area as your DSL router or access point. If the More button then functions correctly, the cause of the problem is mostly likely the signal being too weak at the installation site. If this is the case, installing a Wi-Fi repeater can help to increase the range of the Wi-Fi signal. If the More button still does not work after performing this test, then please perform a reset and reconnect it to the Wi-Fi.
