Bonus-socks: How do I receive bonus socks?
As you know, for each new customer you introduce to Blacksocks we will give you a pair of bonus-socks as commission (excluding test socks).

So that we know who recommended the customer please use the 'recommended by' field on the order form. The bonus socks will be included with the next delivery. If you do not have any open deliveries we will send them separately.

If you wish to have a look at your bonus socks then you can LOGIN. If you have recommended a new customer but never received your bonus socks then please send an email to Customer.Service@blacksocks.com.

Cancellation: How do I cancel my Sockscription?
Just send an email to Customer.Service@blacksocks.com. If you wish to keep the received merchandise, we will charge you for the socks you have received.

Change of address: How do I change my delivery address?
Just go to Customer Only or write an email to Customer.Service@blacksocks.com.

Changes of existing subscription: Can I change the type of socks during the year?
Of course! Just send an email with your customer number and your name to Customer.Service@blacksocks.com. We will be happy to change the type of socks for you, there may however be a price difference which you will be charged for.

Changes to an existing subscription: Can I arrange a delivery to a foreign country or to my holiday address?
Just send an email to Customer.Service@blacksocks.com with your temporary address and the length of your stay. We will not charge you for any additional costs, the postage is paid by us.

Changes to an existing subscription: Can I change my delivery dates?
You can not, but we will do it for you. With your customer number you can check your personal sock-account. If you wish to advance your delivery, just send an email to Customer.Service@blacksocks.com and we will change your delivery dates accordingly.

Changes to existing Sockscriptions: Can I change the size of the socks?
Of course, just send an email with your customer number and your name to Customer.Service@blacksocks.com and you will receive the requested size with your next delivery.

Customer number: Where do I find my customer number?
If you have placed an order you will find your customer number when your order is confirmed in the browser window. You will also receive an order confirmation by email with your customer number. Your customer number can also be found in the top right of the delivery note enclosed with each shipment.

BLACKSOCKS was founded in 1999 by Samy Liechti (Managing Director) and Marcel Roth.

Gift: Can I also give a Sockscription as a gift?
Of course!

A Sockscription is an excellent gift: We can offer you 2 possibilities:

1. Gift vouchers:

You can order a gift voucher online and include a message of 200 characters (a little more than a sms). You will receive the voucher as PDF-file by email. You can either print the voucher and hand it over personally or send it by email.

The receiver of the gift can activate the Sockscription with the code on the voucher.

2. Gift Sockscriptions

With the Gift Sockscription we deliver the socks directly to the recipient. As with the gift voucher you can include a personal greeting with the gift.

You can also choose the date of the first delivery (for example his birthday). We send the socks by priority post we can can almost guarantee that they will arrive on the requested day.

Order: How can I order a sockscription?
You have 4 different options to order a sockscription:

Order problems: What do I do if I have difficulties placing my order?
Send an email to Customer.Service@blacksocks.com with the required order. The following information is needed to place the order: Delivery frequency (3x3, 4x3 or 6x3 per year), type of socks (calf-length socks, knee high socks, cashmere silk socks, shorty), size and the delivery address.

We also need your payment details. You can pay by credit card, invoice (Switzerland only) or bank transfer (Germany only).

If you wish to give a sockscription as a gift, we need the address of the recipient, the date for the 1st delivery and a message to go with the gift.

Renewal of Sockscriptions: Does my sockscription renew automatically?
We renew sockscriptions automatically after one year, however we send you an email one month before the end of your sockscription which allows you to move your renewal, adjust your order or cancel the renewal. A current email address is required in order for us to do this.

Gift Sockscriptions do not renew automatically, the term is for one year. With the last delivery you will receive an order form to renew the Sockscription .

Returning socks: What should I do if I don't like the socks?
Please return the socks unworn to the address below and we will handle the rest for you. If you have already paid for your sockscription we will send you a refund as soon as possible. The return address is: BLACKSOCKS SA, Hornbachstrasse 50, CH-8008 Zürich. Please enclose a note with your contact details so that we know who is returning the socks. We would also like to know why you found them unsuitable.

Sizes: What sizes do the socks come in?
BLACKSOCKS offers five sizes. Below you will find the sizes for Europe, UK and the US:

34-36 = 3 - 4.5 = 3,5 - 5 = x-small

37-39 = 4.5 - 6 = 5 - 6.5 = small

40-41 = 6.5 - 7,5 = 7 - 8 = medium

42-44 = 8 - 9,5 = 8.5 - 10 = large

45-46 = 10 - 11 = 10.5 - 11.5 = x-large

47-48 = 11.5 - 12.5 = 12 - 13.5 = xxl-large

Socks: What kind of socks does BLACKSOCKS sell?
There is a choice of 4 types of socks:

Calf-length socks:
Our calf-length socks are produced with our exclusive Peruvian Pima cotton. Due to the long fibres of this type of cotton, the socks pill less and are more durable. To ensure minimal slippage during wear, the fibers are enriched with Elasthan (LYCRA 1%) and Polyamid (18%). Therefore, the sock achieves the best mix of chafe resistance, non-slippage, color-fastness and odor absorption qualities that cannot be achieved with a 100% cotton mix.

Knee-high socks:
Our knee-high socks are made using traditional techniques and consist of 100% mercerized cotton. The high quality of the yarn ensures durability. The heel area is double reinforced. Even in today's high-tech times, the toe seam is still hand-sewn to ensure it is as strong as possible.

Cashmere Silk socks:
These socks are just beautiful. You will love them. 56% of Cashmere and 25% of silk is the best you can do to your feed.

Shorty:
The perfect sneaker sock. To ensure minimal slippage during wear, the cotton fibers (87%) are enriched with Elasthan (1%) and Polyamid (12%). The socks have a soft frottée sole and a spoiler for not slipping in your shoes while running. Made in Europe.

With a sockscription you receive on a regular basis 3 pairs of socks pre-paid. You have the choice of 3 deliveries of 3 pairs (9 pairs), 4 deliveries of 3 pairs (12 pairs) and 6 deliveries of 3 pairs (18 pairs) per year. Where does BLACKSOCKS ship to?
BLACKSOCKS ships to all countries. Up to now we have shipped our socks to over 30 countries worldwide. The currency depends on the country in which you live. In Britain customers pay in Pounds and in Switzerland in Swiss francs. In all other countries customers pay in Euro or US Dollars.

Women: Do you also offer sockscriptions for women?
We are very sorry but don't currently have a sockscription especially for women. However our socks are available in small sizes and black is unisex!

Your sock account: Can I check my sock account?
Yes, it's very simple. Click through to your sock-account, and enter your customer number. An extract of the database will appear tell you what you have received to date and your next deliveries.
