No subscription grief
Whether it's your insurance policy or your mobile phone contract, it is often difficult to find out exactly when you can get out of the contract. Which means you end up stuck in it. Not with us!
A simple mouse-click
The last delivery for your sockscription includes a delivery note which tells you this is your last delivery. And that your sockscription will be renewed if we do not hear from you.
If we know your e-mail address, we will also send an e-mail about the renewal a month before your sockscription is due to expire. You can cancel or suspend your subscription with a simple click of the mouse from this e-mail.
So you have plenty of time to stop your subscription between the first time we tell you and the renewal date. And all it takes is just the click of a mouse!
Simple cancellation
- On your last subscription delivery: It is noted on the delivery note that your subscription will be renewed.
- 1 month before renewal date: You will receive a notification by e-mail that your subscription is being renewed.
- On the subscription renewal date: You will receive a notification by e-mail that your subscription has been renewed.
At each point, you have the option of cancelling your subscription with a click of the mouse or by e-mailing customer services.
